What is Happening in Hickory Creek TX ?

 I was just driving by Hickory Creek this morning and I was happy to see the growth and improvements in this town part of the Lake Cities.

Hickory Creek is a town located in Denton County in North Texas. So much happening around town that promise great improvements and great news for current and future residents widening of 2181 Swisher Rd from 2 to 6 lanes is underway.

And of course I have to mention Starbucks on Hickory Creek on 2181 Swisher Rd opened this weekend with friendly baristas ready to prepare our favorite drinks. Mine of course is the vanilla skinny latte but in the heat of the summer I may switch to a Very Berry Hibiscus Tea

The Mansions at Hickory Creek a luxury multifamily development is now leasing its 190 units. The complex amenities are a resort like swimming pool, fitness Center, Club House, and apartments with attached garages, all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

Steeplechase by Centurion American. Construction has begun where it used to be the Goldfield property. Phase I starts with 89 lots for single family homes and phase II will continue with additional 68 lots. In the South side the development is plat for approximate 126 lots.

The Enclave of Hickory Creek is being developed by Gehan Homes with a plan for 73 lots of single and Two-story homes.
